Adekunle Gold Turns Meat Seller for New Music Video (Photos)



You know Adekunle Gold likes to keep it original to the fans, and he’s done just that again on a new music video he’s working on.

Adekunle shared photos and a video of himself selling meat in a local market in the city of Lagos. The singer was acting the role in effect of his new music video titled “Work.” The Orente crooner looked like a meat seller as he put on an apron and set to walk dicing raw meat.

#BBNaija: ‘The money go don finish by now o’ – Tboss Speaks About N25m Prize Money



Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tokunbo Idowu known as TBoss has reiterated that the N25m would have already been exhausted if she had won.

TBoss said this on Sunday on Rubbin Minds with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

Recall that while she was having a conversation with Efe, she had mentioned that the money won’t last beyond a week during the show.

TBoss said she would have bought her mum a house if she had won the show.



Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tokunbo Idowu known as TBoss has reiterated that the N25m would have already been exhausted if she had won.

TBoss said this on Sunday on Rubbin Minds with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
"The money for don finish by now o. If I had won the money, I would have bought my Mum a house. I was going to have a party for all the housemates,” she said.

She also expressed dismay that a former Presidential spokesperson, Reuben Abati wrote an offensive article about her.

TBoss added that she was unperturbed about the negative things people say about her.

“I can’t even be bothered about the negative people because there’s more love since I came out. The people around me don’t allow see the negative comments.

“If I don’t utilize the platform Big Brother gave me, I feel like God will come down from heaven and knock me.”

“Why I keep my wife away from the public” — Yul Edochie reveals



Yul Edochie had a chat with GoldenPearlMedia and he disclosed reasons why he keeps his wife away from the media’s eye.

In his words:

“My wife is not an actress, she’s not into show business, she’s a computer engineer, also a business woman, she’s not into the whole paparazzi spotlight thing, its her lifestyle. So, she can’t be in the media eyes.”


He disclosed that his wife took the children to his father, Pete Edochie to spend the last Easter Holidays.

“My wife and kids went to see my parents in the East. Seeing my parents and daughter bond is a feeling, i can’t even express, its a blessing. Family is everything. I thank God.
“I could remember that While growing up, my father taught me discipline, honesty, integrity, bravery, self respect and for fellow humans, hard work, passion for work, a lot more and I have passed that onto all my children.”

Reekado Banks: “My father warned me not to leave Jesus Christ”



Reekado Banks spoke to Sunday Scoop, where he spoke about his parents reaction to his decision to go into music, what has changed about him since he became a star, the healthy competition in his Record Label, Mavins, among others.

Read Excerpts below:

Speaking on his parent’s reaction when he told them he is venturing into secular music, he said:


“My parents have always been supportive and they want the best for their children. When I initially told my mother about my intention, she had no problem with it. She then told my dad and he was okay with it too but said he wanted to be sure that I wouldn’t leave Jesus Christ.”
On what has changed about him since he became popular, Reekado said,



“I am still the same person I used to be. I do every other thing I want but I no longer have the liberty of walking on the street or going to some certain places I would have loved to go. I have always been the indoor type and even when I was in the University of Lagos, I never went to clubs or things like that.
Maintaining that he does not feel threatened by any of his label mates, the Katapot singer said,

“The only thing I can say we have among us is healthy competition. We encourage ourselves to do well and we’re one big happy family. We give ourselves good pressure, like when one person releases a good song, the others are motivated to do the same, or even do better. We also advise ourselves on how to do better and we constantly look out for one another’s progress.”

Redeemed Christian Church of God Pastor, Dele Taiwo, who is also an Abuja based lawyer, held his white wedding today. Pastor Dele got married to his beautiful bride Doyin today, in a wedding held in one of RCCG’s churches in Abuja.


The couple who became a viral sensation, after their introduction ceremony held in March this year and his ‘he makes everything beautiful at his time’ post, really had a happy smile as the wedding was attended by friends, family and loved ones.

PHOTOS: ANTHONY JOSHUA DEFEATS WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO IN THE 11TH ROUND


It was a hell of a fight as Nigerian born British boxer, Anthony Joshua defeated 41 year old veteran, Wladimir Klitschko in the 11th round of one of the greatest boxing bout in recent times.

Joshua won the fight in the 11th round with a vicious uppercut that put his opponent on the floor, followed by a right cross. A brutal left hook knocked Wladimir down a second time then a crisp combo finished the old warrior in the corner and Klitschko went out on his shield.

Sean Tizzle Expecting First Child With Kenyan Girlfriend, Maima


Nigerian Singer, Sean Tizzle is reportedly expecting his First Child with his beautiful Girlfriend, Maima, who is a Kenyan.
Maima took to her Instagram account to share the news in form of a photo of herself showing off her baby bump and a calendar marked August, revealing the month of her delivery.


Reports have it that the singer has kept his relationship under wraps in a bid to find some privacy.

The singer however shared a photo of himself and Maima back in October, the only proof of a connection between the pair.

“Ode, Foolish goat” — Wale Replies a Twitter user who said he featured Wizkid, Davido on his new album because ‘they are Drake recognized’



American rapper, Wale has dropped his new album titled Shine for which he got blessed with features from Nigerian music stars.

Davido, Olamide and singer, Rotimi are among the Nigerian music stars featuring on the album.

Also on the album is Wizkid, who showed love to the Washington D.C-born artiste of Nigerian descent in a tweet.


Starboy’s been buzzing lately thanks to his hit single, ‘Come Closer’ which features Canadian rapper, Drake.
However, a Twitter user took a shot at Wale by saying he’s only got courage to feature African acts now that ‘they are Drake recognised’ in a tweet that’s now deleted.
Wale was having none of that, though, and clapped right back at the user named Melvin, stating he’s previously worked with Wizkid and Burna Boy before Drake.

“Hmm well i worked wit wizkid 10 times before drake. Also burnaboy..ode.. foolish goat” , Wale fired back



He also deleted his tweet soon after.
The Twitter user did have another go at Wale and another Twitter user afterwards.

41-year-old Rita Dominic reveals why she's yet to get married.



Multi-award winning Nollywood Actress, Rita Dominic has opened up as to why she’s yet to get married.

Rita says she’s hopeful that God will provide the “right man” of her dreams, and she’d get hitched when the time is right. She also revealed that she could have been married a long time ago, but things didn’t work out.

This was revealed while she was speaking in an interview with a lifestyle and Fashion Magazine, Schick.

In her words:

“I believe that God is in charge of my life and will present the right man to me at the right time.”

When asked whether social pressure don’t get to her, Rita replied,

“I am a human being and I would be lying to say that it doesn’t sometimes.

“More so because it’s something I sincerely want to do but the feeling passes when I remember that society will not live with the person.

“I will live with the man, so it is very important that I do it because I want to, not because society wants it for me.”

On the myth that sex, for women, gets better with age, Rita opined that sex at 40 is what you make of it.

“If you ordinarily don’t enjoy it, age won’t make a difference.

“I find that when a woman embraces her sexuality, many Nigerians equate it to being Ashewo, as if we should act like sex is not pleasurable.”

Rita described dating, as a nightmare, “especially in these days of social media where with one click you are all over the internet.”

Though she admitted that “I do date when someone special comes around.

“I love being totally drawn to someone and doing all those loving things couples do, but I am also wary of liars and bullies.‎”..(9ja Entertainment)

Efe Brags As He Boards Private Jet To Jos, Gets Received By Gov. Lalong



Efe flew in to Jos in a Private jet… and the BBNaija winner can boast anywhere, anytime that he actually did really fly a private jet.

He took to his Instagram page to announce that he’d be flying to his hometow, Jos, Plateau State, in a private jet, a scene he never envisaged to happen.


“I dey fall into my private jet based on logistics,” the winner bragged, adding, “Na just yesterday I dey trek, today I dey private jet!”

In another post, Efe said: “This is d manifestation of God’s grace…seek him n ur life will be full of joys.”


Upon arrival in Jos, Efe was welcomed by the Commissioner for Tourism and his fans at the airport.

He was invited by the Plateau State Governor, Rt Hon Simon Lalong to the new government house little Rayfield, Jos where he is bing treated to a grand reception.
